AI Intelligence & Technology Monitoring

An Independent Practice Dedicated to Artificial Intelligence Monitoring

AI.com.gp is a specialised intelligence platform covering a single field: artificial intelligence, its technologies, its suppliers, its uses and its regulation.

The choice of a single field is deliberate. Following artificial intelligence properly means reading technical documentation, tracking licence changes, understanding what an evaluation score does and does not prove, and knowing which regulator will speak next. That is not something a generalist watch does well.

We are independent of the technologies we cover. We do not resell software, we hold no reseller agreement and we receive nothing from providers. Our only relationship is with the organisation that commissions the work, which is what allows a comparison to be read as an assessment.

Seven areas of expertise behind each assignment

A watch on this subject requires several disciplines at once. These are the ones we combine, in proportions that depend on the assignment.

  • Digital engineering

Understanding how systems are actually built: interfaces, deployment models, hosting, latency, integration constraints and what changes when a component is replaced by another.

  • Research

Reading technical publications for what they establish rather than what they claim, following the path from a research result to a usable product, and recognising when that path is unlikely to be completed.

  • Data analysis

Working with evaluation results, cost structures and adoption indicators, and stating the conditions under which a figure holds. A number without its method is not evidence.

  • Media expertise

Knowing how announcements circulate, how an embargoed communication becomes a wave of coverage, and how to trace an item back to the original statement it came from.

  • Strategic intelligence

Placing information in a decision context: what a competitor move means, what a dependency creates as risk, and which options remain open once a technical choice is made.

  • Artificial intelligence

The subject itself: model families, training and inference constraints, retrieval and agent architectures, evaluation practice, security exposure and the practical limits of each approach.

  • Editorial synthesis

Turning a large volume of material into a document that can be read in the time its reader actually has, without losing the qualifications that make it accurate.

What we do

We design and run monitoring set-ups on artificial intelligence for organisations that need to decide something: whether to adopt a technology, which supplier to work with, how to prepare for a regulatory deadline, or whether a project is realistic before it is funded.

The work is always specific. We do not publish a general newsletter and resell it to everyone. Each assignment starts from your question, your market and your constraints, and produces material written for the people who will use it.

  • Continuous watch on defined technologies, suppliers and regulations
  • One-off studies, benchmarks and feasibility analyses on a precise question
  • Support for committees and governance bodies that have to arbitrate

What we do not do

We do not sell, resell, install or integrate artificial intelligence products. We do not develop models, we do not run deployment projects, and we do not act as an implementation partner for any provider. Our independence is not a posture; it is a condition of the work.

We also avoid the two easiest failures on this subject: presenting an announcement as a delivered capability, and presenting a leaderboard position as a fitness assessment for your use. Both produce decisions that are regretted a few months later.

  • No commercial relationship with the providers we assess
  • No promise about the outcome of a project or a negotiation
  • No figure quoted without the method that produced it

How we work with you

Every assignment begins with a scoping conversation and a written scope. That document states what is covered, what is excluded, which sources are retained, at what frequency the deliverables arrive and in which languages. It is validated before anything starts.

During the assignment we expect feedback: which items were useful, which were ignored, what was missing. That is the material we use at the review point to adjust the set-up, and it is what keeps a watch aligned with a moving subject.

  • A written scope validated before the first deliverable
  • A named contact who knows your subject and your constraints
  • A planned review point to adjust sources, rhythm and formats

A platform built around one field

AI.com.gp belongs to a group of independent intelligence platforms, each dedicated to one field and each with its own sources and analysts. This platform covers artificial intelligence exclusively, which is why its sources, its evaluation practice and its regulatory monitoring are specific to that field rather than borrowed from a general watch.

Four commitments

  • Independence

No commercial link with the providers, publishers or integrators we cover. Our assessment is commissioned by you and answers to you alone.

  • Traceability

Every element is sourced and dated. You can verify what we report, cite it internally and reuse it without redoing the research.

  • Confidentiality

Your subject, your documents and the existence of the assignment remain confidential. Nothing produced for you is reused for another organisation.

  • Honesty about limits

When the evidence is thin, we say so. An uncertain answer stated as uncertain is more useful than a confident answer that turns out to be wrong.

Tell us what you need to monitor

Describe your subject, your markets and your decision timeline. We study every request individually before proposing a monitoring set-up.

Every request is reviewed confidentially. No commitment is required to discuss a scope of work.
